This can actually heal the back wow nice one. I focused my third eye around the back of my head trying to find a way to heal. Control it. You have to control it else you could. You can still look elsewhere with your second eye. Use third eye to look around and try to heal, get muscle, heal legs back,bone marrow too. This frequency focuses on your back and legs but you have to use third eye to find a way to heal. It ends up going from legs and lower back up to torso, shoulders and upper back

For all those sho doubt about the real interest of TM: Don't doubt about it; the ultimate transcendance is above all you can imagine... But it takes years and years of practice.... But that's okay, you will start feeling good even without getting transcended; at one point you will feel so good you will probably think you already reached transcendance but you will still be miles away of the incredible Truth. And one day, one day you will meet your "Divine Soul" as they said, you will reach the full transcendance and get all the Truth. And then you will be able to live as a God on earth, transcendanded in every day life, only fullfilled with infinite joy, bliss, self-confidence, humility and compassion. I'm just sad the path is so tough, because if everyone knew about it, if everyone knew the Truth, there would be no pain and no suffer in this world. But that's fine, all the religions are the consequences of the Truth calling, and one day, even if it's in centuries or millions of years, one day the realm of the Universal conscience will arise. It's just tough for me to deal with the fact that my friend will never know, because they don't understand and dont want to put the energy, but that's just my ego speaking, because in a way, the way they are eternal, they will know.
