The apartment looks bigger than a parking spot/airstream? I'm confused

I look at single family homes on Zillow and other sites almost daily, paying attention to price drops and price history in the South Florida / Miami area. The excessive/ greedy prices are falling drastically. Very little is selling. If this continues we should see prices get close to the pre pandemic prices, adjusted for normal 4-5% growth.

Back in 2007, during my time working in real estate, I witnessed people purchasing newly built homes from builders with the plan to sell them before the closing of escrow to another buyer for a profit. we have an airstream too! they are so fun! the windows are always so hard to pop with weather changes. use a screw drive from the exterior after opening the latches and that should help if they ever get stuck.

The thing with the closets that would bother the hell out of me is not having the drawers flush with the sides on the cabinet. Would it have been so hard to make them fit exact? its not like they are cheap. that closet is probably what $6-8k ?

I wondered what happened to Mini-mo. It's been such a long time. I'm surprised they thought it was finished even though the step doesn't work. After all they fitted it out. And don't worry the bump on the head was just an initiation. 😁😁

Curious how much the closets were? Thinking of doing the same.

Monica, I'd love to see a video of you telling us more about Palm Springs. What is it like? Being from the East coast, we sort of have the impression it's not a place for the younger crowd, say younger than 50. Is it just a "normal" city? Are there neat things to do? I saw a video the other day and was shocked there are mountains with snow right at Palm Springs! Again, haven't been before and from the East coast. But I've been looking more and more at the West coast, especially this area. Would you recommend it for other young adults? Is it dog friendly?
