Great vocals as always but the joy of their early performances isn't there any more. I think they knew Abba was coming to an end.

​ "Slipping Through My Fingers" and "Me And I" are available on the "Thank You For The Music" Box set. "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Super Trouper, Two For The Price Of One and On And On And On" are available on the "ABBA Live" CD (released by Polar Music 1988 but widely forgotten nowadays). But they were heavily overdubbed and the applause mixed from the Wembley Concert to align with the other live songs from Wembley and Australia concerts. Also, 3/4 of the Concert is available on DVD in the Blue Velvet Box set ABBA - The Complete Recordings ( According to SVT, the 1/4 is missing in the archives...)

Excellent performance. But somehow it has a melancholy feel to it, beyond the lyrical content. Like the end of ABBA was coming. Obviously, these relationships were rocky by the 80s. The two lead guitarists are absolutely flawless. Two drummers!? Awesome. They’re very well rehearsed

Does anyone know who was the drummer, At the concert?

RIP: Liza Ohman. The back up singer behind Benny. She passed away on January 20th, 2022 in Stockholm. She placed third in the 1980 Melodie competition behind her co-singer with ABBA, Thomas Ledin. The day after her and Thomas flew to join ABBA on their tour in Japan. I believe this appearance with ABBA was her last. She was known for her positive attitude even during some of the difficult parts of the ABBA global tours.

I have to agree, having read the band biography by Carl Magnus Palm and knowing what the couples went through in 80/81 ...it's amazing that they chose to perform Knowing Me Knowing You... and that the ladies mustered through that challenge!

The girls sounds great just like on the records. Guess back in the days you didn't get much help from digital enhancements in the studio. You had to be the real thing.

Beautiful music, great presence, and of course all is said for the beautiful voices of the two women here.. but the first thing I notice in this gem of video is the great hidden strength of Agnetha and Frida here (all we know the things was bad for both of them the latest abba years).. You can feel they are "off" with the mind, the eyes are sad , but solid. They help each other with vocals, smiles and affinity. Thank you ABBA, Agnetha, Frida, Benny and Bjorn , thank you for all your beautiful music. Really.

A genuine ensemble, no matter if these wonderful pop stars may have performed little rehearsal for the show; on the contrary it gives me the perception of authenticity, whereas professionalism is any case over the too.
