Looks like classic jealousy to me. Have 1/4 timber wolf/1/4 malamute x collie cross female- like a small wolf. Very jealous of old collie alpha female & always jumps her big brother if l give him attention. She even threatens visitors sometimes if they get too close to my partner, never bitten anyone though. That's big brother's department although he's actually quite friendly once properly introduced! They're a bit wary of strangers despite being raised among lots of people & constant visitors.
