Geez the amount of sugary comments about a rich woman cooking is hilarious. None of these recipes are original. As to the ingredients on the chips, stop faffing around, mix together in a bowl then add the potatoes. And adding one chip at a time is going to make half of them burn. These type of videos remind me of what nutmeg is trying to do. Unrealistic.
