When you listen to this record there are parts that are very harsh on the ear, and I don't think production quality is particularly great. This outro on the CD is one of those pieces in my opinion. It's very hectic with a lot of "noise"...adding more into it probably isn't a great idea. I could be wrong, but maybe this was part of the thinking
