Thing is Blizzard is not a people's company anymore.

My main account that I've had since sunwell was retail got banned for what i can only guess was playing for like 28 hours straight? So i started SoD all over from scratch. Now I've been waiting 3 weeks for any response whatsoever about my second account that got banned for no reason. Blizzard can suck it.

Exact same thing happened to me a few months ago. Banned by a bot with no explanation other than accusing me of things I didn't do. Took me two weeks to get to talk to a human being, and during that process, my protests were rejected by bots. It was only on the "last appeal" was I finally unbanned. No explanation was ever given or any kind of apology. You nailed it on the head when you said "disrespectful to the customer". Months later and I'm still pissed about it.

i watched this b/c i find little cryo to be massively obnoxious but i do happen to agree that Blizzard is the skum of the earth with their practices and their customer service is non existent. I haven't been banned yet for any absurd bullshit but I am trying to transfer off the SOD pvp servers. LOTS of very unhappy people right now and so i finally got triggered enough to look up their Better Business Bureau. 1/5 star reviews for Blizzard but an A score b/c ironically u can aparently get a living person to review complaints against blizzard to the better business bureau. go light them up folks go get your justice.
