How to start this workout out of the app? (Not weating the watch but the strap only).

Why are you getting your data from polar app, when the Garmin app adjusts your zones when you put in your max heart rate?. Is Polar more accurate or something else

Get yourself a dog and walk it four times a day. 12,000 steps guaranteed. Good for you, good for the dog.

Thanks for the great video. I do have two questions (how does the tracking display change if I depart from my saved route when actually walking, and, can you plan a route in say Bennington Vermont while you are at your computer in say Atlanta Georgia). However I am sure I can figure this out as I go along. I really appreciate your excellent video and the examples you chose to show the viewer!

My mother is 60, 2 months age she began walking for an hour each morning with her friends and also eating healthy but plenty no diet. She lost 15kg!!!!! Just by walking daily, I was so surprised because I always do much more complicated exercises and because they’re tough I skip them often and her, simply because of walking she lost weight and I still haven’t. There’s a lesson there 🙌🏼❤️

Great tips, but also, standing too much is proven really unhealthy, too. Shalom.

Showing a man eating cereal for breakfast? Most people I know don’t eat that stuff. We eat eggs, avocado, some meat. But anyways, walk when you can. Get up and walk every hour. Take a walk in the evening after work to clear your mind.

I just started doing walking workouts at home with UKposts videos because we live in a hilly area of town and I wanted to not fight the hills. I’ve been doing this for 4 weeks and I may start walking outside soon.

Just dropping a thanks for this! I'm 42 with POTS and just started cycling properly as I'm having trouble walking and doing other exercises. Today I went out for 30 minutes on an actual tour and was so happy to be out I decided to push myself, but found out later that my HR was 170 for most of the ride and went to 178, which is exactly my highest safe HR. Needless to say, I didn't feel great afterwards! Now I have a zone 4 alarm set up within my perfect ranges and I feel so much safer having it there. Thankyou!

Walk before you eat. If you walk after you eat you're only burning the energy you just put into your body not the fat thats always there

Diabetics for urge to walk after meal. So maybe I'd modify this go for a walk before breakfast. Little shorter than I planned. Then work for 10 minutes to burn that sugar. I'm going to try doing both.
