Yes, private companies using them within RESTRICTED FAA category for service work... not personal, individual private use in the Experimental Category. This is the only one and the FAA is having to create all new maintenance timeline requirements as this has never been done with one of these. Things like the tailrotor retention bolts have to be replaced on the military Blackhawk every 250 hours and they are over $1800 each... times six!
