Despite all the flaws of the game, I gotta hand it to the folks who revamped Wily's design, the longer coat with inner purple hue and skull buckle looks pretty cool to me

I don't know Halo but I welcome a new duelie that hopefully would have better kits than Dapples

I know these things would never be implemented, but I like the idea that rolling with the splashma dualies would 'charge' the weapons, firing a round similar to the explosher, but could detonate on impact like a blaster.

GOD these are such cool designs! I cannot get over the name A-SO4K Rifle, it's SO CLEVER! This did make me think of a hypothetical Needler blaster with favourable firerate & close-range inking at the cost of below average range with horrible damage and explosion radius (1 needle = equals 15 total damage), but not only do the needle blasts home in on enemies and deal two-thirds of their damage when the stuck needle detonates, making for decent sustained damage, but hitting 5 in a short enough period will cause a large blast (Maybe Luna or S-Blast sized?) that will finish off the target and splat or deal large damage to surrounding opponents, in addition to painting turf. Not sure how stuck needles would work in regards to a target swimming through ink, but the idea's neat at least.

I'd like to object the usage of Custom branding on the assault rifle. It is designed to fit in with the toy-like weapons from Splat, while Custom has its own design language with more industrial inspirations like power washers, gas pumps and hydrants. It would instead be appropriate to use fashion collab branding that other Splat weapons have- for example Squidforce that is still not taken and has the yellow theme colour that Deco does fit the Splashmas though. Deco is mostly household things like 5-gallon jugs, glue guns, bicycles and bidets, but they also house the odd-two-out Rapid Blasters, which are the Nerf guns to Splat's Super Soakers, and plasmas do have a bit of Nerf look with the squared off ink tank/magazine.

K going to go game design nerd on you for a moment. The A-Soak rifle and its counterpart are easier stats to port (just generalize the halo range to splatoon). Easy peasy! For the Splatsma Duellies, I had an interesting idea. Since the duellies has a "turret" mode and explosive varients exist (Explosher is my main inspo), how about the charge from halo gets turned into an explosive blast. After dashing your limit, if you hold ZR after that, it charges a blast which goes in whatever direction you are pointing at. Long-range for those far away and gets those flankers if you point at the ground! Would be a tricky weapon to predict while loosing its fast fire option from dashing makes it easier to splat if they miss!

The Splashma Duelies are so fun looking. I can oerfectly imagine them jn game. They get the Side Order rush attack buff, where you create a wave of ink when you dodge roll, oaining the area under you and dealing damage to anyone tou roll past
