Can any one give me some advice that actually knows about ibogaine i have ibogaine hcl and im currently using fentynal snorting and i cant find any information about using to get off fent they always switch the user to morphine sulfate but i cant do that so im wondering how long do i need to be off the fent to take a flood dose i took all the precautions and got checked out and got my heart tested i done tons of reserch and have a sitter and all and i know the risk
@OffGridBruceДень тому
Hey. Sorry my knowledge is very limited on this but I’m sure someone out there with more experience will know. Phil had a rough couple of days after the iboga but was back to normal after and he said he had no physical withdrawal after.

Long ago, when tenant farmers were evicted in Ireland, some families moved to marginal, untilled, poorer ground. This ground could be boggy or mountainous. The method show in this video was developed as a way of sowing a lot of potatoes, a staple food for people and animals, in a short time. You only need to dig the area between the beds, initially. The beds allowed you to keep the potatoes above the water level and the furrows between the beds helped the water to drain away. When you were digging out the potatoes you dug the bed where the potatoes were growing. At the end of the potato harvest the whole area had been dug and manured and was ready for other vegetables. Next year you could move onto fresh ground for your potatoes and start all over again. Of course, when you had five acres reclaimed and a house and a few sheds, the landlord's agent came around to charge you rent on ground that was initially worthless and that had been brought into production by your own hard work. Then the cycle of eviction would start all over again. You can still see the outlines of potato ridges on the sides of mountains in parts of Ireland. Some of them date from before the potato famine in the 1840's when the population of Ireland was about eight million people.
@OffGridBruce2 дні тому
Yes I have seen the old ridges on the hill sides. Dark times and greedy landlords. I’d like to visit the famine museum. My ancestors left Clare during the famine

You've so much done Bruce & family👏👏👏 it takes me 3 goes to finally get it right; very few of us get it right first time😂 as for the fly tipping going on up your road, u shouldn't have to pay for other people's rubbish, check with Clare Co council, myself & my husband did litter picks when we lived in Meath & the County Council supplied bags & litter pickers for everyone involved & then collected the rubbish we picked which was quite a lot as it was a beach & sand dune pick up. Also, there is an 'Adopt a road' programme you could check out online to see if Clare Co Council are involved.

(you might consider running a gofundme or some such thing ( I am sure there are better, more ethical platforms for that but I don't know them) specifically to fund the proper disposal of trash that wasn't left by you. might even be ppl in the community who are not subscribed who might join in that front) Elsie looked good on the little red tractor. I am sure many things that are "done" could be classified as less than perfect, but you are DOING it. I think that is probably might make for a good video at some point 10 things I wish.... but honestly you are DOING it... and imperfect doing is almost always preferable to waiting for perfect. and I stand in proper awe at the things you, Annie and the girls have achieved. it is such a joy to see y'all thriving. As always we are so jealous of your soundscape... much love from Germany (P.S.) know you are MORE than busy, but maybe you can find some collab potential with the guy who built the diamond cabin (Jacob WItzling (insta) from Cabin land pn yt ) for the "replacement" of that shed that got destroyed in the storm
@garyhowes74679 днів тому
Looking good. You can multi sow leeks 5 or 6 seeds per cell. There happy growing together and you can achieve a greater harvest in a given area. Same for onions,spring onions, beetroot,radishes. Theres 2 different types of garlic also,hard neck and soft neck. The soft neck varieties store for much longer.

Great video Bruce. Lots of work done in only a few years. I'm based in Clare myself and have problems with pine martins. I was wondering what type of electric fencing you are using for your chicken run ? Thanks
@OffGridBruce11 днів тому
I have Voss poultry farm netting. Great stuff but easy to tangle. I also have my 2 bigger dogs out until all are locked away and I have an automatic door on the hen house. Made the coup fox and pine marten proof.
@alanmockler997911 днів тому
Thanks Bruce I’ll check out the Voss netting👍🏻 I think Gallagher’s do something similar. Yeah sounds like you have the coop properly predator proof. Definitely needed for the pine martin. Lovely creatures but they are deadly when it come ls to poultry. I’ve seen your videos on making the coop and also the one with your automated door, nice one.

What a wonderful video, it’s so nice to see how it’s all come along. You and Annie were our inspiration on moving to Ireland back in 2022. I, for one would love a video on how not to start a homestead before we most likely go on to make all the same mistakes lol. The pathway to the yurt looks great too. So many times we do jobs that we have put off and they take so little time you wonder why you didn’t do it in the first place. I had to nod in agreement with the land where you say if you jump you can feel it all move beneath you as ours is the same too. It’s a weird sensation isn’t it? Cabinets in the bedrooms look bloody great well done! Yay for the dishwasher! We love it when Annie features…she always makes us chuckle! I’ll say it again really good vlog really enjoyed it. ❤ ooh ooh almost forgot well done to Elsie for driving the tractor she did a great job with the stone 😊
