A heavy environment tax should be levied on USA and spaceX for f**k!*g up the environment and ozone layer by BRICS countries. USA the biggest hypocrite.
@archierush86823 години тому
It never lit the engines and only had a few tonnes of oxygen and methane left. This barely made an impact on the ozone layer. And cars and jets make a bigger impact either way since this only flew 3 times.

what would be nice is to see what the layout is INSIDE the booster and starship, if there is a graphic or some animation that would be great.

Great catch up - So good to see kite photography has made a return, especially these days with drones; though it is especially useful in areas where drone flight is not permitted - I guess the trick now is to come up with some kind of stabilisation system that reacts to the movement of the kite, and keeps the camera pointed exactly where you want it.

Wow, is this really the way to travel fast and far. Imagine this happening a thousand times a day across different places. This will need to be improved and contained a lot.

i couldn't be more annoyed right now by having to scroll randomly through an hour 42 of footage to find 10 seconds of static fire at 1:58 am east coast. still love you tho also thanks @demi2210UA, I saw you did NSF job there in the comments with all the timestamps

If the ship is able to make it ALL the way down to the chopsticks, but something goes wrong at the last few seconds where it can't grasp onto the ship, how far will the ship fall to the ground? Would the flight termination system blow it up before it fell, or would it just hit the ground and blow up? Or could the engines stay lit just long enough to gently set it down on the ground, even if that damages it?

Why were the air brakes deployed
@archierush868День тому
SpaceX found out that its better to have them extended and not have the added weight of allowing them to fold down, like with Falcon 9, as it saves weight and doesn’t produce that much extra drag.

why don't they build an elevated piston like hydraulic metal grill landing ring pad alongsisde OLM under chopsticks to catch at the base and take up weight slowly sinking starshi/booster to give more time for chopsticks to positionally engage? and why no orbital tilebots to patch lost tiles?
