What’s the tuning

Not up or down but forward and backwards.

The squiggly things are called tuning springs.

Cushionee things are called damper felts.

I guess it would have been good to show how you actually move the spring to achieve the correct pitch. You briefly mentioned the mechanism but how do you access it and do you use a tool. Do you lift the harp up or do you go in from the top between the tone bars? I just got myself a mk2 and I’m trying to figure out the best method

Day 68 of 365 days of UKposts! I decided to share this throwback I made a year ago when I had long hair, was living in LA, and had my garage studio. Fun times! This was a sublime/red hot chilli peppers type of vibe I remember I was going for. I think I might want to turn it into an actual song now haha!

I played this game in my youth. I remember beating it. This is a pretty sweet guitar. It might need a bit more for it to be a song. Love it.

Day 67 of 365 Days of UKposts! Throughout the day I was working on a rendition of The Backyardigan's Castaway. I tried making it trappy, and then I made it totally 80s, while still keeping the original song, but then I decided to completely redo it when I came up with this indie alt rock idea. Working on recording the vocals to post tomorrow. So far this has been pretty fun! 😂
