How about we try to keep people from going back to prison after they done their sentencing. It would probably decrease the likelihood of people going back to prison for something like a parole violation. Maybe something like a re-entry program and some time for people to get their life’s back on track and actually give them a chance to see if the correctional system is effective. But that just seems like common sense, also I am a constitutionalists and believe in you do the crime you do the time. But after you served your time then what ? And no I have never been to prison or ill educated by any means. Just a realist who understands the state and private correctional systems are a very lucrative industry and they want people to be in prison instead of being out of prison because of the financial aspect. Not the prisoners not the family’s or learning not to break the law but for the almighty dollar. That is disgraceful and disgusting in every regard no matter your political stance. I am also assuming a majority of these people are not Christians or at least have a severe lack of knowledge in the faith. If you are ignorant of these things please read your scriptures or use your phone to do research into how the apostles were treated and even Jesus himself.
