I can't necessarily speak to the whole "super fast" STi, but I can absolutely tell you that my STi is one of the most fun and gratifying cars to drive even being 90% stock. Just the exhaust, short shifter, and more heavy-duty clutch make the car sound and feel like a Saint Bernard on a leash... I can imagine that cranking one up over 450whp turns that Saint Bernard into a Grizzly bear. And once it's over 600whp, it goes from a bear to a Sasquatch...

only came here to say, this channel is dying. I don’t even know who this person is in the video. I speak for most of your early subs when I say we miss the top gear style presentation. That’s the only reason I came to this channel. As you can see your views have plummeted since going back to generic youtuber car voiceovers. There’s way better channels out there for that. Sucks to unsubscribe from what used to be one of my favorite channels, but there’s no reason for me, or apparently hundreds of thousands of people, to be here anymore.

I'm convinced it's the auto lobbyists against this test, because it defeats the narrative of their enormous SUVs always being "safer." A car that rolls over when manuvering isn't safe, no matter what the corrupt industry tries to tell you.

Love me an Impreza shootout! I have aV5 STi RA Ltd and love it. Owned it since 2007 and have made only one mod 6 RCM lightened flywheel and it hasade it lively AF. The biggest issue with the GC8's is tyres if on standard 16" rims - very little choice and none of the best modern performance tyres are available for that size anymore. Real shame and does limit the car.

Halfords mobile changed the front tyres on my Tiguan and the balancing was atrocious. They were 35/25 and 25/10 and I balanced them myself to 0/0 0/0 and the horrible vibration stopped. The wheel studs were also overtightened enough to render a high end Makita tut gun useless

Leg room is kind of a stupid sell point. I am 1.95 meters tall, it is headroom in the back row of seats what attracts me to a n SUV. Sure I could squeeze myself into a sedan, but that would be very unsafe during a colision as the soft back of my head would be completely vulnerable to the recoil collision.
