These are still problems that need to be solved. Women can not solve them for men. They usually want women to say yes to more dates, reject them less, become more romantically accessible and do a bunch of stuff to make their lives easier. But that won't help! Men need therapy and they need to use all of the money/resources/power they have hoarded for centuries to create healing networks. If they are suffering - they are the ones maintaining that system of suffering. Capitalism is hard on men, but they don't seem to blame capitalism. The military industrial complex and the prison industrial complex are both hard on men. But men don't blame these systems of war and human warehousing. I just don't like how there was no talking of changing society for the better. Discussions of men's issues are so often all about looking at women and saying "see...we have it hard." But women can not change the world for men. Men can and must do that for themselves. They can pay women to be consultants and leaders in that change...but turning to wives/sisters/mothers/female friends/etc. is just a continuation of the same that we have now - and women are harmed when men turn their frustrations on them. Men need to be able to turn to healthier men and use their resources to fix this world where we all suffer.

What a great project. Unfortunately, it's all undone.

Instead of mocking that this is a woman "who couldn't stand being a man for just 18 months" we should appreciate that this is someone who was strong enough to have their mind publicly changed. And was able to show truth empathy. She's on everyone's side. And she was not someone who couldn't be a man. She was someone who couldn't be someone she was not. Particularly when she cared about the people she was dealing with and didn't want to mislead them. Undoubtedly a strong and empathetic person. A goal for everyone regardless of gender.
