Struggling with LG AC that was bought only 9 months back. They don't seem to be responsible with maintenance and service area as I dont see anyone picking up calls in the customer care and no replies to the WhatsApp customer care. I had also raised service request in their website and tried to escalate the request. And again no response. Completely poor support from LG. Please choose the brand wisely.

Avoid LG products please. We can't reach out to their customer care. I am facing issues with my LG AC within 9-10 months of purchase. Phone calls are not being picked up by customer care. WhatsApp customer care doesn't work. In the grievances page in their website you have to wait indefinitely.
