Why do people move to brickel? Tourist rental trap. All the locals can’t stand brickell 1. Heat games . Your not moving in your car . Your stuck for hours 2. The bridge locks up all the time 3. Tobacco Road is not the not same bar . 4. It’s not New York in Miami . 5. Expensive huge hoas First, last security and 2 months usually required. 6. Used to be way cheaper in the 2000s. 😂

There are still a couple of open-air, ground-level parking areas in the South of Fifth area - I imagine it's only a matter of time until they are built upon........

I love it - walked past this construction site 4 times in the past 9 months that I have visited Miami Beach. When is this due to be finished? I certainly appreciate the idea of a continuous pedestrian path from the marinas of South of Fifth, to areas along Biscayne Bay north of 5th street.

Its rediculous to build a park on prime real estate all with the intentention of not blocking the eastern view of The Floridian.

Good idea to do a comparison of both these buildings. But. Both buildings - Epic and Aston Martin could be nightmarish to get into and away from of. Biscayne Way, the Brickell Bridge and Brickell Ave are clogged with traffic. Entrance and valet at Epic are crowded and chaotic. I live directly across from AM on the Key and looking at this building, it is going to be iconic.

So chilling & heartbreaking seeing Champlain, everyone in there going about their daily lives not knowing that would all drastically change in a years time, for those no longer here tragically, God bless them, I hope their loved ones find peace, closure & justice during the next few weeks. Geeze if the one further down should be avoided & Champlain was considered fine I dread to think what state that one is in, I'd be packing quick smart
