These old infomercials are like.... 1000x times better than whatever the hell we have now. These are so infomative, they tell you WHY they are better, they show you HOW they are better, they tell you the details so you aren't misinformed and confused. Nowdays: BUY THIS TRUCK BECASUE THIS TRUCK CAN DRIVE THROUGH MEGA HEAVY RAIN AND YOU FEEL NOTHING AND IT'S BETTER THAN EVEYRTHING ELSE! Its got AI, Its got MEDIA SCREEN, its got ALL the things!

when i welded my diff, it causes my rear wheel drive car to become quite squirrelly in low speed U turns since both wheels traveled at the same speed. made it good for drifting but bad as a commuter

Lol.. They make it all sound amazaballs , as if any of it is great for handling... its not.. its a terrible way to do rear suspension with driven wheels.. Absolutely terrible

4:55 is this an actual feature? how often does the axle shaft break? I'm okay at design and mechanical engineering, but this seems like the domain of old car nerds. how often did axle shafts break on old trucks?

And the reason why drivers are distracted is because some of them read playboy and penthouse magazines while driving as they are drinking margaritas, smoking and picking their noses while eating a triple combo with fries and a bag of barbeque potato chips while trying to avoid hitting potholes as they are transporting vials of nitro glycerin and unstable amounts of radioactive material.

Very instructive. They made this in the day when videos were cut by hand and animations took days and experts to do. Only one thing I wish they had included - the clutch and how it works.
