@@AirPanoVR , just one comment (but which is applicable to almost ALL videos viewed in a Quest 3 - not only yours). You should reduce the volume of audio by 20% (100 > 80%). > I watch all videos at "1 bar" of audio (on ~10...), and at this level, the volume is almost as loud as my environment. Below is... 0 (= no audio/silent). I presume the problem comes from the Q3... (...but I guess Q3 is used by 95% of your viewers...?).

To watch in maximum resolution, you need to watch on a large computer, not from a phone / tablet, go through Google Chrome and to have a good internet, If the Internet is weak, then UKposts will not allow you to select high quality. But, unfortunately, sometimes UKposts limits, we do not know the reason, perhaps due to the quality of the Internet, choose the maximum from those offered. If from a phone, please check your settings and internet speed. By default, the player puts 720. If you select high quality, then it will put 1440. And 2160 can only be selected if you click on "Other-select resolution". You need to watch it on google chrome. If the Internet is weak, then UKposts will not allow you to select high quality.

The original video with a resolution of 16 k (15360x7680) is in our archive, since UKposts does not yet support it, we compress it to 8K and upload it in this resolution. Unfortunately sometimes UKposts restricts, we don't know the reason. In different countries in different ways. Upload to UKposts server in 8k resolution.
