The 015 is the pepsi version of the 013 so they do have the smaller pepsi style. I found a few pre owned floating around but be careful of good mods, these are much more rare than the 013's. Oh, and they also have it in the porange dial which is the 017, i think.

The SKX is dive certified. I got my SKX007J on a trade for a Citizen about 5 years ago. The trade was worth about $150. My SKX is now worth 2 to 5 times more now. I do have a 5KX that I love, hand winding and hacking.

I tried it several times at 69.. i think i prefer it at 62.. but more study is required.. I find temperature plays a big role (as an outdoor smoker)

I’m going to give this one more shot but these are not doing as advertised. Seasoned my 50 count humidor with 2 84% 60 counts as directed for two weeks. It seems to have a good seal. Humidity was mid 50s. Gave it an extra week. Didn’t budge. Seasoned with distilled water three times and put in two 72%. Still mid 50s.

Great review. Agree on the preference, the double flame isn't as good and no cover for the burners is quite a sacrifice. One thing to mention though, the xxtreme has bigger bumpers that protrude out so technically it can take a fall better than the original....but it'll probably also be harder to remove from you pocket.

Pretty darn neat. I can see why it takes years of training to do this.

It's great value for money. It's terrific for cocktails because of the price. Perfectly enjoyable on its own when you're watching a movie or at a party or other environment where you aren't sitting around to have a long meditation on the whisky's qualities.

Hi. I got a 100 count humidor but for the time being I will store just 50 cigars. Should I use anyway 4 packs boveda 84% or I can use 2? Also I like to store them 65%, what is the right humidity level to place them after seasoning? Thank you

My husband and I went to Davidoff’s in NYC and were greeted by a very pretentious and very condescending man. My husband tried explaining that he had only just begun getting into cigars and the man deciding to explain the history of Davidoff became defensive as my husband asked questions regarding the history lesson this man decided to provide. He’d respond with “well you asked…so I’m trying to…” clearly irritated at having to answer any questions. Seeing how much we spent on 2 cigars infuriated us even more, not because they were pricey-good quality will be pricey, and we’re okay with that. It was the feeling that we wandered into a club that we were not welcomed at that left this impression embedded in my brain. I will never go to another Davidoff’s again. Found a place named Mom’s Cigars in Yonkers that has NEVER made us feel inferior or excluded. Every question asked is answered will professionalism and kindness.

I'd argue that storing a cigar in a glass box is the purest and also simplest form. I have a cedar humidor myself, but storing cigars in wooden box manipulates the aromas, a little bit like using a tube amplifier for your guitar instead of a transistor one. Edit: about the humidity in the box, it is all like about equilibrium, like air pressure, voltage or even temperature. The wood, the gel caps and the cigars will start working towards having the same humidity, all at the same time, but considering the surface area of the box itself, it will probably dry out the cigars before they all reach the 69% together or whatever will be the final result.

I don't wanna kill Bovedas way of making money, but I think everyone likes being frugal when it makes sense. If you put something in the humidor that releases water before the pack goes dry, you should be good. I don't really see the need of moving the boveda bag ever after you place it in the humidor.

People who like stronger cigars should not do a review. I prefer a medium bodied cigar.
