What happened to the brackets [midi:] prefix that was specified in the online user manual? The syntax provided there worked fine for months and, recently, just stopped working for changing PC settings via WIDI Jack (w/ latest FW) on my Roland GT1000CORE? This syntax is completely incomplete and/or entirely different than that stated in the user manual. E.G.: I NEVER previously included the midi channel and it worked fine. When did this change take place? I have no idea.

Why is Play red and stopped green? I find that so misleading... you would think that when the song is playing the button would be green.

Hi Peter, we have talked before. I have managed to get iTunes to connect from my Windows 11 laptop with my iPhone, even if it is an older model. A nice lady from Apple ran me through it. We have used Stage Traxx for quite a while now because it is the only app that stops at the end of each track, which is what I need, or at least we have never found another one. I do have a few problems though. One is that it is a bit erratic? Sometimes the + to add tracks appears, other times it doesn't. Another one is why do different colours appear on the list of tracks on Stage Traxx (we had 3), saying for example playing next, even if didn't choose it, just in the middle of the list? And sometimes the screen with the playlist becomes very tiny, no idea why and not easy to get it to go back to normal and show the playlist properly. Also if I need to get new songs from the Library into Stage Traxx main list, when I manage to find the + again, sometimes the window showing where to import them appears, other times it doesn't? Am I doing something wrong? Will watch your tutorial, thanks.

I am considering moving to this app from another app. The biggest issue I am having with the other app is storage. The storage for the same library varies widely across devices. Hopefully this is good with this app. Am I able to add countoffs before the start of songs in this app?

Hi Peter! Now and then im facing issues with my multi track songs. Track 1 and 2 (Drums and Bass) are ok while sometimes the 3rd track (Pianos or Brass) starts slightly later and out of tempo creating a total caos and i have to mute that track chanel imidiatly. Why is this hapening ? Btw, all tracks are in .mp3 format.

Hi. Since I updated to iOS 17.4 this week, unfortunately yesterday I had issues during my show, with Stage Traxx 3. All the songs had dropouts along the night. I know I should have backup system and I learned the hard way. So, is there any update to fix this issue?

Hi. Is it possible to add a vocal queue to a track? So vocalists come in on time?

the MX88 responds to onsong so it is receiving commands also.

My FA 08 Prog change works now thank you. but I cannot get my Yamaha MX88 to change patches. I have even put the whole syntax beginning with the MSB and LSB but its not changing. eg,(CC0.63@8,CC32.80@8,PC106@8) My other syntax is [midi: pc106.80@8] this was generated by the midi learn but which also is not responding. the midi patch changes work perfectly in Onsong so I know the MSB and LSB are correct, but I do not want to use that platform.

Best looking, functional and intuitive app at what it does! You ask for suggestions, I recommend adding an option to hide lyrics just from external display for the audience, but keep chords on device in front of you, for us musicians. Thank you so much for your work!

Hey Peter, Im coming off Onsong. I have seen the light, and purchased and now setting it up.Thanks for videos. Once I get this set up, its going to be great. Firstly, is there Console editor, like onsong had? I did enjoy not having to fiddle on the ipad. I just type in ip address in my browser, and I could edit inside of onsong, while on the mac, was very easy. Perhaps they have the same? Or is there a way better way to migrate those songs in onsong, including the audio tracks, and the lyrics, etc. Im doing manually, and is a challenge setting up while on the ipad. Is there an easier way?

Hi, just found your app. Impressive. I’ve used many music apps since they were available on my first iPad. Next week I’ll download Stage Traxx 3 and use the tutorials provided. Previously, I used OnSong, but found it limiting. Several other App developers stopped supporting their product and other Apps were insufficient for my use. I’ve read and viewed comments and reviewed for Stage Traxx 3 and I echo their comments. I thank you for the work you have done, and I will add my comments following working with Stage Traxx 3. Hi Peter. Love this app. I have the full version. I do have a question though. I run the backing tracks and would like my vocalists to see the lyrics and what song is up up next. I'll be the "Host" but does the full version needs to be downloaded on their phones for them to join and see the lyrics?

What if you don't have a backing track? Pushing Play does nothing. So how do you get the lyrics to scroll?

Is it possible to upload a midi file instead of doing it manually? If its not, is it possible to know thw commands of the midi file and just copy and paste the commands on the Stage Traxx?

Hi first off all it’s an amazing app. My question if I decide to upgrade my track , can I keep my lyrics while importing the newest track ?

Just downloaded the App and love it so far. Looking like it will be a great tool for gigging. One suggestion - in a future release would it be possible to make slight changes to the order of the play list (i.e. move the fifth song to the top of the list and swap the 8th and 9th songs) without re-entering the whole list? Great app, amazed at how much it can do. Just what I wanted. Being from the UK this cost £24.99 so quite a bit more than the EUR19.99 shown in the video but it's worth it for me for the ease of use. Still setting up my playlists and won't be using it live for a while; will update this when I have.

I’m a full time musician and I rely heavily on a stable safe platform and I’m confident that yours will be that.
