I was planning to get T-Mobile Home soon for my RV soon for planned travel. However, several UKposts RV channels are reporting that major changes in policy on mobility may require "Home Away" for $160/month.

I have the home plus plan with Verizon I love it much better then T-Mobile I use to have them you get what you paid for with Verizon . I also have Verizon cellular service I have the upgraded box it's 6E ..

Verizon sucks! You couldn't pay me enough to use them...
@matthew199611 днів тому
Its funny you mention that you're hotspot speeds shoot up right away but come back down. I have Straight Talk Home internet and i am allowed 100 down and 10 up but when I originally start the speed test it shoots up around almost 200 and slowly comes back to 100!
@davidlundy500713 днів тому
They are going to shut every one down anyway.

T-mobile has been great for me for several decades. Not too happy with the changes they've been making recently. They're raising prices for internet and also throttling data. I'm now getting 12 mbps down and 3 mbps up. I'm switching soon to another provider.
@jonspengler937314 днів тому

Did anyone compare the speeds of Visible and Visible+ hotspot? Was there any practical difference?

T Mobile 5G has worked fairly well, but the corporation are thieves.

just made the switch because of your video. i literally watched this video about an hour ago and made the switch. it was super easy because 1. i was already on Verizon, and 2. i have an esim compatible device. i was paying around $70 a month for just me and no where near using all the perks. anyway im now on Visible now and cut my bill in half. thanks again man. oh, and i subscribed 😎

@icris61724 дні тому
Do you think you’re getting those speeds since you’re not in a congested area?
@TheModernNomad-us9gb23 дні тому
In this video that could be the case, although I work in Denver a lot and haven’t had any issues with it there! I haven’t done any speed tests while in Denver, though

I would put fresh batteries in the remote, instead of using any Chinesiem batteries it may have come with.

I am on the road full time for 9 months and i got visible before i left. I am very pleased with it and it has worked everywhere i have been so far. I have a cell booster and a 20 ft high directional antenna in my van but have yet had to use it. Well worth the money. I have the higher plan.

I love cricket, but I dont mind trying verizon for 45$. It is still 10 bucks cheaper compared to my cricket all unlimited with 5$ monthly discount with autopay. I had verizon many years ago & there data sucked. Lets see if 5G is any different.
@cheezit5827 днів тому
I have the same opinion. I just hope Visible doesn’t change the way they do things. You just can’t beat the deal for all you get PERIOD!!!

@funbun68628 днів тому
my families internet with this is horrid.... i got from having like 10-20 mbps download and 10-20mbps to as crazy as 50-60 mbps download but 0.07mbps upload. not the mention it restarts super often like 1-3 times a day, and factory resets on its own multiple times. we went and got it replaced and it still does that even with a new box. honestly its not great at all and only super good in middle of night since the towers aren't being used as much. we are already looking for new wifi deals cause this is not worth the hassle
@markmandelstamm286629 днів тому
Visible is a deal as long as you never need customer service. You can't call. It's all chat and social media. Visible has industry worst customer service. Keep the plus plan. When in metro areas with no 5G UW, serious deprioritization is real.
@jgrysiak6566Місяць тому
T Mobile cust svc does suck. They're no longer interested in resolving your issue or giving u credit for anything. They used to give u bill credits back in the day

straight talk unlimited $45 they use verizon towers. you will be happy with their phone internet speeds. honestly if it werent for my phone having a hotspot option,i already woulda went into tmobile and punched someone and shoved my tmobile nokia trashcan into their chest. the absolute worst part is the liars that answer the customer service lines,you think you are lucky if an american answers (half the time its someone in philipeines) but you arent lucky at all because their entire goal is to lie to you and then go about rebooting process and lie some more and then say YOU HAVE MY PERSONAL GURANTEE wtf is that? ive got a hand full of them and its done nothing to help anything. ive offered to give them $200 for faster speeds and they said i already get the fastest speeds. there are YEARS worth of videos,ppl making a living ,telling us how to get better tmobile speeds. i work 3rd shift and sleep during day otherwise i woulda returned tmobile already and looked into straight talk or verizon,whatever will stream a fkn game for the love of it all. good luck man,i subscribed but am not on here much due to Tmobile. look up peter cantone of natertater,dudes trying a new antenna every 2 weeks cause tmobile turned to sht and seemingly doesnt care about word of mouth of being known for providing good internet.
@AndrewGreenawayМісяць тому
Went through hoops trying to BYOD on T-Mobile on the essential plan. The stores didn’t want to give me that plan and customer service wanted to sign me up at $90 Go5G+ and then revert it down to essentials eventually. I spent 10 minutes signing up for visible.

That's odd I've used a T-Mobile Home Internet device at two locations. Both locations all the time got 300-600 Mbps and anywhere from 40-100 Mbps upload. Service is basically never down or has any issues. So it's been very reliable for me at two locations with great speeds on download and upload. My only complaint is ping is a bit high so it's not the best for online gaming, it's a bit too laggy for online multiplayer games.
@wandatomlinson6148Місяць тому
What happens if you go outside the us? How do you get service with visible when traveling?
@ralphmain7751Місяць тому
My church tried AT&T Wireless ... 100 Mbps down / 40 up. When we actually needed the bandwidth for live streaming, the up bandwidth was not sufficient for a 4.5 Mbps stream. We ended up going to AtLink, which was installed last week, and were finally able to stream live. Kudos to AtLink for giving us 2 months free to try them without a contract. We are located in Harrah, OK.

T-Mobile works great for me. No down time. Have a cell phone, two computers, two printers and two Rollo printers in use with T Mobile.

$35/month Visible+ 125GB or more per month on hotspot. My device is a router that I have wifi and ethernet. The ethernet is going to a switch. 2 computers are connected to the switch. My 5 to 10 Mbps seems to be just fine for 1080p streaming. If I really need a big download, I can do that on my phone at 100 Mbps or more, then just move it to my computer later.
@waynefields6309Місяць тому
I've had Tmobile Home Internet since the old days of Beta testing the 4G LTE service. I'm guessing about 6 or 7 years now.I have had at the most 4 days of downtime when the tower we use was down. During that time, even our cell phones were unuseable. Other than that, I give a double thumbs up to Tmobile's home internet.

For the price, it has a lot of upside potential. And the Chevy drive train is very reliable, with lots of repair knowledge & spare parts availability. Good pick!

Constantly drops connection December 2023, Westerville Ohio, unit in residential 2nd floor of house near window. Speeds vary 45mbps-245mbps. Seldom faster than 50mbps. Every 1.5 hrs.-2 hrs. it loses connection and have to reboot the modem (the same one he holds). Reboot takes 2mins. to 4 mins.. Very irritatting. . Canceled and returned unit to T-Mobile, no charge UPS drop off. Interesting technology but perhaps not ready for prime time.
