My cousin used to look after a young man with Downs a couple of days a week. He loved salad sandwiches but had to have his food pureed, so she had to make the sandwich including salad cream then put it into the blender. She didn't like the idea but did it anyway for him. She tried a bit one day and said it actually tastes just like a salad sandwich would. I suppose the chopped salad sandwich is the same just a bit chunkier and without the bread mixed in.

Start with the raspberries frozen then fill and coat them in white chocolate, chill them, then do the dark chocolate and use plastic wrap to help with sticking

I have a recipe for eggless cookie dough for when you just want dough you dont need to cook!! Would be great spread in a croissant!!!

I think the cheese balls would need some garlic..italian seasoning... pepper... And something to dip it in . Pasta sauce.. spicy mayo...bbq sauce etc...

Nice thing is you can use any type of shredded cheese. PepperJax would have a nice little kick. Experimenting with different cheese flavors and seasonings could be a lot of fun.

The fudge would be great with flaky salt on the top for that added crunch and balance out how sweet it is!

Lol when you said you want timing not just, cook until done.... Once someone told me to make almond candy, and cook till the almonds "popped" - well they never did and I had a pot full of solidified hard burnt sugar that NEVER CAME OUT 😮

I tried the crookie and I think it benefits from larger croissants, and smaller amounts of cookie dough.
