I had the same issue with the on-and-off backlight. Logitech could not help me so i had to change the the keyboard for free. This new one id working just fine. So it is NOT about the environment. It is a fault in the keyboard. It is not a software problem as well. I have only used the USB dongle as I don´t have bluetooth on this computer.

I don't know if I'm gonna be cancelled for this, but I prefer UKposts Music over Spotify Premium primarily for far better Music suggestions in the autoplay mode. The algorithm understands the genre just fine and suggests songs that I love/would love to listen the most. Spotify mostly creates a playlist out of the songs that I had already played and provides less new songs in the auto generated playlists, same is the case with autoplay. The most amazing thing is, it's free with UKposts Premium. In India YT Premium costs around $15/year individually. UKposts Premium is probably the most value for money OTT subscription I've ever bought. It has a good list of premium shows, shows no ads, is far secure than Vanced, provides premium facilities like enhanced bitrate. Loving it since last 2 years...

I have the Logitech MX Keys keyboard for Mac and really like it but it hasn't been without problems. The concept of the backlight coming on based on ambient light and when your hands are near it is great but doesn't really work properly, and ever since I've had the keyboard (about 2 years), the backlight just comes on and off randomly when it's sat idle with no one near it, whether in daylight or darkness, so drains the battery. Logitech 'Customer Service' is the absolute WORST and do not want to know about this problem that I and many others have had with this keyboard, judging by various forums I've been on about it. No one has managed to get a proper response or solution from Logi about it. Logi refuse to acknowledge there's an issue with the randomly flashing backlight and any request for support, they just fob you off by telling you how marvellous the features of their product are and then send you the instruction manual again (sometimes in Chinese) as if to say that there is no problem - you're just too stupid to use it properly. Then they will close the support ticket as 'resolved'. Every time. They want you to give up and go away, which I wouldn't do. After much trying and nagging, I did actually manage to persuade them to send me a replacement keyboard, which was a miracle, but this one has exactly the same issue and so I have actually given up now. I simply turn off the backlight completely during the day or overnight when I'm not using it, to stop it randomly flashing on and off the whole time, but I don't always remember to do that. Another issue is that the keyboard sometimes forgets what you have assigned to the F keys in the Logi Options software, so where I have the 'Lock' key (F19) assigned to increase volume on my Sonos system, sometimes pressing that to turn it up will just lock my Mac instead and it takes a few clicks of my mouse to make it remember the special commands I have assigned to the F keys. I've assigned the otherwise useless Eject key to lock my Mac but it sometimes forgets that too. Pretty irritating. Apart from all that though, it's a very nice keyboard - just don't expect anything other than to receive patronising remarks and several copies of the instruction manual if you ever have a problem with it!

After minute 6:40 he begins giving the steps to unsubscribe from your UKposts premium membership, but said it must be done on a computer, because trying to do it on a mobile device will force you to go into the app.

I have some questions please: A) did you re-subscribe •before• the remainder of the final paid-for 30-day-period was completed? B) did you notice if you lost your history of comments? C) were you allowed to re-sign up using the same screen name & login info? D) once you cancelled your premium membership obtained through the App Store, were you able to resume using the UKposts •APP• despite re-signing up through the UKposts website instead of through the App Store?

Apparently Apple device owners are willing to pay more for what they perceive as Apple specific compatibility. Even though input devices that are made no matter Bluetooth or a dongle wireless technology are typically universal for most devices.

I'm disappointed that logitech did not put enough thoughts into designing this sleeve. I bought a hard case for my wireless keyboard and can store my wireless mouse for less than $30.00 It even comes with a mesh pocket to store my accessories. I'm not trying to discredit Logitech, but the design was horrible and zi hope they will come out a better version next time.

Can you please fact check the claim that once you download you can watch it anywhere, anytime? According to Louis Rossman this is a false statement, as the video will refuse to play if you are not connected to the internet for 3 days. If so, your video needs a caveat. Basically, what youtube is doing is bugging you with ads and then charging you to skip them. really the same concept as protection fees from the mafia.

Very helpful review. I came here mostly related to comfort and ear-fit. You mentioned these may feel awkward for 1-3 months before you get used to them. Anything that requires a month of use to feel good about--basically that's not a good fit. I give up WAY sooner than a month. Also, that spread would leave you far outside the return window.

I use Logitech Silent mice M220 (for travel, it lays in my backpack) and M330 on my desk at home - they are great. They work fine and they are really silent. In terms of reliability... With M330 I had issues with left click button after about 6 month. But it is so inexpensive, that I just bought the new one. :) I really like it.

Great work Cameron. Especially how you explained the detail about the dongle that no one mentions. I do though still have complications to connect to my pc. I can't use the keyboard even if it's showing clear sign that it's connected. Could you please elaborate little bit more how to use the dongle and bluetooth. Maybe I am mistaking in some step.
