I remember the times when this two portals were add to game one was safe from loosing items and another one was oposite. Remember sitting in towers inside this portal and making fun with firends, attacking everyone that start fighting, that was a good time, always in my memory ❤

This remains at the top of my playlist so I can hear this every time I log on, even after 13 years

whatever content this sound track was from needs to be added to osrs this was my favorite track back in the day, and still is today i just wish they would progress the game a little bit like back in the day, the d plate looks so boring in osrs... they could have done the original design it was so sick looking

Good instrumentals can tell a story without words. To me, newbie melody shows the emotional highs and lows of someone who has undergone great change. Whether moving away from home, starting a new career or fumbling around the tutorial of a new game. The song begins with mournful trumpets, the old life you knew, for all its flaws, is gone, and now you may as well be in another world. The trumpets end, replaced with a more ponderous tune, maybe it's not so bad? You square your shoulders, form a plan and begin to execute it. Before you even know it, you're getting into the swing of your new life, the ponderous tone becomes joyous and merry, everything's going well. Even those same mournful trumpets begin to play again, you remember your old life, but who needs it? You have found a new normal and those sad trumpets sound completely different over the triumph of your new routine. As suddenly as your emotional high started, it comes to a stop, though. Perhaps an inconvenience, a shakeup, or the anxiety of a great test, be it completing your training or encountering a hardship. Everything feels sad again, and the music changes to reflect this. Those same, dreaded trumpets begin again, you are sad and lonely, maybe that old life wasn't so bad after all? You, however briefly, wish you could return. After a while of this, a drumbeat of your heart signals a more mystical, uncertain path forward. The world is scary, and your pathway forth uncertain, but at least it is your own, and you hope that you can conquer it. You feel you will, eventually

I really would like to see this added to OSRS. But I do think some of the summons were too powerful and should be nerfed if added.
