You're seeing the same packet, just in a different format than what it was sent in. Please create a ticket on DevZone where you describe exactly what the difference in the packets are and our technical support team can help you piece this together: devzone.nordicsemi.com/

It is possible but would mean having to write drivers. The easy way to do it is to use a Nordic host, Linux host or another Zephyr based host. We have customers writing their own drivers so it is definitely possible. Be aware that it involves some work to make that work on a different OS.

The "optimization level" dropdown menu has replaced this checkbox. Select "optimize for debugging" there to enable debugging.

Samples that directly use the radio peripheral can run on the network core of the nRF5340. They do not require any functionality from the application core. Bluetooth Mesh is a low bandwidth technology designed for lighting control and collecting sensor data. It is not designed for or suitable for audio.
