ALIENS is the best movie I've ever seen...... When I was a little kid me and my friends in the '80s would go into the park and find sticks that resembled rifles and we pretend like we were hunting aliens. Some of the best times in my life we all loved aliens. I've never seen one movie that comes close to the acting and sci-fi intensity that ALIENS brought to cinema....

watched this as a kid in 70 mm in Mumbai simply the best film ever made

"They're coming out of the walls!" I was like, 15 when I saw Aliens in a theater, all by myself - it was fricken scaaary! lol Adrenaline turned up to 11 just about the entire 2nd half of the movie, one danger or disaster after the other...and then I had to walk home, in the dark, too! Small town, late evening and nobody around, didn't see a single soul the whole way, and a million imagined xenomorphs hiding in every friggin shadow. It was not fun. But the movie was! lol Loved it. Loved it then, love it still, and Vasquez is my girl. She deserved better, but alas. Such was not her fate, and we needed that one-on-one showdown between Ripley and the Queen, so bye-bye, Vaz. Sorry, you were too good to live! (Spoiler alert for a nearly 40 year old movie...)

My brother managed to sneak me into the cinema to watch this when it first came out. I was eleven years old. It melted my mind. For me, no other movie has measured up to the magic of Aliens.

When Ripley said, "Get away from her you bitch!", the theater cheered like a Superbowl touchdown. I was so lucky to see this movie when it was new and in cinemas. This is definitely my go-to for Sunday evening viewing most weekends.

For many years this was my favourite film. The depth of story, acting, special effects, sound, sets with H.R. Gigers creations just blew my mind. Then the studios bean counters ruined the continuation of the series with Aliens 3. I had a copy of William Gibsons script which if they had used I am thoroughly convinced would have been "Utterly Badass."
