Is it permissible and feasible to make multiple copies to the clipboard during the exam?
@itlearner1175Рік тому
Thank you for the video, very much helpful. Q1: it works in the default namespace but in another namespace, the pod is always in a pending state, not sure why?
@DoinitaBordeianuРік тому
Q 8 is incorrectly shown here. According to KodeKloud the correct one is: - image: busybox name: europa command: ["/bin/sh","-c","sleep 4800"]. I think because 4800 (s) is not part of the argument.

Thanks for making this video ...but a small correcting for the Q6 we have to redirect only warning logs not all the logs :) 😀
@harshbansal24Рік тому
yes it should use grep to filter only warning logs
@jalandharbehera2456Рік тому
Actually, its a very good informative video...... superb explained sir...salute to you 🙏🙏

Great video man, thank you a lot!
@katikireddy622Рік тому
Hi, In the Q6, the question is to redirect the warning to host path right ? I think we need to create a side car container using adapter pattern and write the logs to host path which is defined in the volumes. Can you please check your solution ?

I managed to clear the lightning lab as well, after the 3rd attempt, thanks to this video and Udemy and really understanding how to quickly navigate the docs for yaml. One question: is that 'k create ...' command a shortcut for 'kubectl create'? I tried to do this command for the local terminal and it said '- bash: k command not found'. How were you able to use that shortcut for this lab?
@ankan650Рік тому
yes, k is the alias set in environment. cmd: alias k=kubectl

Awesome video. Could you please suggest how do you do the indentation in question 3 (node affinity) please? key sort cut for indentation for multiline in vim editor? I try this but after step 3 its going 8 tab spaces instead of 2 :( 1) Press "<SHIFT> + v" to enter VISUAL LINE mode. 2) Select the text you wish to indent but using either the cursor keys or the "j" and "k" keys. 3) To indent press "<SHIFT> + dot" (> character).
@kaizendae2 роки тому
1) ctrl + v to enter visual block mode. 2) press Shift + i (capital i) to insert in the beginning of the line. 3) insert the spaces you need (pay attention only to the first line). 4) press ESC the other lines will follow.

any way to tell skaffold not to sync changes immediately but after all changes are commited ?
@dmintech84622 роки тому
This looks Much more easier compared to the killer.sh test -- is the actual test more closer to this or the killer.sh ? is this a mini test -- its supposed to be for 2 hours, it took you 35 mins and you did it at a comfortable pace.. not sure if this is just a smaller practice exam
@dakadoodle6295Рік тому
thats my concern also. looking at this I could probably pass rn

At 21:45 without the --restart=Never shoulnd't it have created a deployment instead?
@anil50652 роки тому
Thank you for this wonderful teaching however I could not understand --restart=Never, I believe it is to do with container restart policy not with deployment as you mentioned, please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
@donnieashok8799Рік тому
By mentioning --restart=Never, you indirectly tell kubectl that it is a pod and not a deployment.
