Hopefully you paid for the destroyed customer property. The sheared flywheel bolts were the entire cause. I'd suggest a major upgrade to the dyno cell, replacing all walls with fully filled CMU. Years ago I worked on a renovation of an old engineering lab, and there were 3 Dyno cellsused to test electric and steam devices. All 3 were fully CMU built rooms inside the stone built building. I's suggest 1 2" acrilic window, composed of (2) 1" sheets with a glue layer between, the same way windshields are built.

You really should move that parachute lever to a spot that Jackstand is comfortable with. When things go bad on the big end you don't have time to swing and miss.
