This is my argument against mass immigration. If all of the bright minds of places like Africa or S. America come to the US and Europe......how will those areas ever pull themselves out of poverty?

Think about an European country where the houses, building don't have numbers. How do you send s package or find and address,? Or a country where thee are half a million stray dogs expreding disease to the population mostly children. I traveled all Europe and d most of the world, I have seen only that kind of thing in Africa and Indian. No even in Latin America I have seen such a luck of government regulations. Serbia, kodovo, Albania, Ukraine, Georgia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, and Moldova sre still developing countries many years behind others European countries. I don't know how Bulgaria became a member.
