I just finished baking these buns and they were delicious. For some reason my dough was very dry so I had to add quite a bit more water and some sugar, salt, and yeast to make up the difference. I was scared it was gone for but in the end it turned out just like in the video. I guess this recipe is flexible to manipulation. All in all thanks for the recipe. I wont be going to the store to buy anymore. Especially with the insane food prices in Canada right now.

Made this today and was successful!! After a few bread fails, I needed this win 😅 I did end up adding more water (didn’t measure, but prob about 1/2cup more) and wished I had done more salt, but other than that it came out beautifully!!
