I think there is no one simple fix for the inventory problem, it needs a bunch of changes in different places. One change that would help a lot IMO would be to make it possible to easily convert back and forth between all the block variations like stairs, slaps, walls, etc. inside your inventory. Maybe a cube that sits in your inventory with a bit of that Enderman magic look that can be charged with one material type and then the player can pull out any block variation from that cube and also stuff any block variation of the same type back into it which charges it back up. If this would be too much menu stuff to do it right inside the inventory, it could also simply be a block you place down to access its inventory and get access to all the variants this way.

Maybe the entrance room is for…you know…Building an easier Entrance to a structure that you are supposed to want to come back to.

I think that secret 3x3 room in the entrance rooms is so that if it spawns exposed in a cave, players will see it as an entrance and be more inclined to mine in through there instead of through a random wall.

I wish, the entrance were a piston door (like some UKpostsr proposed at April first)

I think the entrances should have a chance to spawn a little area with some loot that looks like it was an underground entrance in a cave that caved in or whatever.

For the dual Redstone, they could use Lapiz as the "blue redstone". That would finally give Lapiz a large-quantity use instead of just sitting in chests in numerous stacks. And as a bedrock player, Java Redstone would have to be the red Redstone because it's the original.

I think the 3x1 space in the entrance room is supposed to lead into caves

I think they're both good versions, bedrock its really satisfying to play and i love the UI and the optimization, the only thing that makes like Java too its that Java farms are objectively better, some mechanics in Java are better than bedrock and some mechanics in Bedrock mechanics are better than Java. But they are both good versions and i dont think there's a "better" version of the game

Okay think about it, this trails chamber has kept slaves, hence the beds plus the missing block in the roof resembling someone trying to escape.
@Chilliestbean1313 годин тому
I think the random missing block in the ceiling thing is at this point trolling those who want the pillager outpost symmetry fixed - “nah it’s a minor aesthetic thing barely anyone notices - stop nitpicking our work!”
@skizoo573913 годин тому
How to fix this problem and balance it in a way that doesn't feel unfair: - Remove the "too expensive!" limit on anvils, and instead put a level cap around 30 levels or so where it stops getting more expensive. - Make it so that mending weapons can't also have unbreaking - Make the mending enchantment have a limit. It could be a really big number but make it gradually trigger less and less over the period of several hunred EXP orbs collected. This would mean it will eventually stop repairng the tool altogther, and the mending enchantment is removed from the tool. 1 Mending book applied to an item would still significantly extend the items lifespan, but it wouldn't be infinite.

Bruh you all have to be children if you’re getting upset that someone has a hot take or a political opinion outside of your own. Learn to develop some emotional stability and coping skills if you’re saying “delete him” or “boycott his game”.

The 'Entrance' in the Trial Chambers is like the 'Portal' in Ancient Cities. It exists, but nothing will come from it. That's my prediction.

@YawningYeti51216 годин тому
I think that perhaps the entrance room is more where ancient people entered and sealed in the mobs in the trial chamber rather than a formal entrance the player is supposed to go through

9:09 Why does this part remind me of that place on the Death Star where you could see the laser beam and there were 2 guys?
@loganleu365116 годин тому
I think it would be cool if the entrance was connected to a mine shaft. Just imagine exploring a mine shaft, going around a corner and seeing a big copper vault door at the end of the tunnel. It would also make sense lore wise, as if the people digging the mine shaft were looking for it, or maybe the mine shaft was used to build the trial chamber in the first place.

Hey toycat, a new mod called “Legacy4J” and its related Modpack “Re-Console” just came out recently! It aims to recreate the legacy console experience as accurately as possible. You should cover it!

Not caught up here just yet but I’ve been doing my own ultra flat and I’ve got some really good tips for anyone thinking of trying (or anyone already doing it) 1: Trees trees trees. Trees are so important, more so than you might think for many reasons. I’d recommend starting out with a grid of 12 saplings surrounded with path blocks and separated far enough apart to make them easy to chop. A huge time saver would be placing a bottom half slab 7 blocks above each sapling; this will prevent the annoying tall trees with branches from growing. 12 trees will be good to start but you’ll probably want to double that as the mob grinder is going to take an absurd amount of wood. But wood isn’t the only reason you want so many trees. Soon you’re going to have an excess of saplings so you’ll be able to compost these for bonemeal to create grass to get seeds. You’ll also want to compost any flowers you get for more efficiency. With all the trees, you’ll have a decent wheat farm fairly quick. Along with saplings and wood, once you have so many trees you’ll have a good supply of apples which make a good food source until you get your farms going. At any point I’ll have at least 8 apples on hand and that’s before doubling the tree farm. This might even become a permanent food solution for me. 2. Slime. So you’ll be dealing with a lot of annoying slimes for a while and you’ll definitely want to be getting rid of your slime chunks first. In the process you’re going to end up with a lot of slime balls which can make slime blocks that are surprisingly handy. Slime blocks make for a scaffolding block that I would argue is better than actual scaffolding blocks. They break near instantly with your hand and they make falling from heights risk free. You’ll be building very high and will need to place and break a lot of blocks so slime blocks are incredibly useful. For example, placing those bottom half slabs 7 blocks above your saplings will be made much easier using a couple slime blocks! As a bonus tip, make sure to crouch while pillaring up with slime blocks to make it easy. 3. Wolves. I was pretty surprised with Toycat not taking advantage of wolves early on. Having one wolf makes dealing with slimes less of a nuisance. Having 2-3 or even more wolves makes dealing with skeletons a breeze. They can get in the way of building but it’s a small price to pay for great protection. 4. Building. Not really a point towards progression but a point towards keeping things fresh and fun. I’d recommend splitting your time up between projects rather than putting all your focus towards progression. Because of the limitations, you can end up building some really cool things you wouldn’t normally. Rather than making every chunk path blocks, why not have some fun and make your world look more lively. 5. Leads. This is a pretty niche tip that I didn’t use. But this might be good for people playing in hardcore (I am not). You can use leads from wandering traders to have an ocelot around you at all times, effectively making you creeper proof. You could also tie some to fences around risky areas. You might even want to lead some wolves for skeleton protection if you haven’t tamed any yet. 6. Mob grinder. Okay this one is up to preference. You could go with the mob grinder design Toycat uses, but it’s worth considering your other options that may be more effective. I’m in the process of building the “Mob Pathfinding Farm” by UKpostsr IceCoffey. I haven’t been able to test it yet and it’s taking considerably more resources and time, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to work much fast and is already a really impressive looking structure. I’ve had a lot of fun building it too. Anyways, that’s all I got. RIP to this world but I hope you start another one. I’m still gonna watch the other streams to see how we got here 😆
