I act happy to hide it and make others happy. I’m sometimes afraid to tell people because I think they’ll make fun of me or not believe me and I feel like no one takes it seriously. I have attempted multiple times and failed all of them. If anyone knows a good therapist for depression, please tell me.

Well, I don't agree. This is not depression, it's just the breakdown which often goes with depression, but the depression is something which is not a breakdown, it's a disease. It can appear caused by something different from the breakdown. And it's symptom is not causing sadness! The depression is very serious and I know a person who experienced deep one, I believe there's more than one symptom and it feels differently for different people, but they say that it made them unable to cry, laugh, feel angry or feel anything, that it feels like ,,being a plant". No, depression isn't a disease of being in a bad mode forever long, it's not like you got a random sad disease because you cried a lot or something like this, so everyone have to be sorry because it's not your fault and you have to make fake smiles for them not to ask what happened. People suffering it feel truly horrible and it is not visible, because they are unable to show that they feel something outside so no one believes them, that's why others don't understand it. And everyone in the comments really think that it's causing sadness and it sucks, please notice this comment, think about it and search for the meaning of depression on something different from social media, not to be mean but really. What is showed on this video might me the sadness after a break up I think, which does make you suffer but please, don't call it depression, unfortunately it is a common disease, but you're making fun of it probably unawary. Depression isn't aesthetic, you surely don't want to have one.

As someone who has depression... This is so amayxing of you to adress it! I love life and love the people in my life. But i'm not always happy, and yes i do cry! But you can feel lonely in a room full of people even if its the people you love most
