Suggest you take out the engine and redesign a much lighter frame, you need half the weight of the one, you have now. That should lift off the ground, but controlling it in the air, is another matter. Well done!

widen the cadge length and width longer blades but thinnen. go back to the previous design but raise the plat form up off the ground 3 feet. by doing this you will max air flow and have better stability

Please tell me you are a troll. This is insane. Why did you think this would fly? Even under ground effect the best you did was a couple hops. Thats not flying. You had no control of the aircraft. Frankly i feel stupid calling it an aircraft. Those rudders wont work to controll it effectively. There is so much wrong with this i struggle with where to begin.

Frankly I'm amazed it didn't come apart. You have this big heavy way of controlling the wheels but none to control in the air. This is fake af. The little wind veins you put on wouldn't give you the attitude control you would need. What is this?

I have the same problem and I am looking for solutions within my reach. Industrial vulcanizing is an option but not for 5 rollers, I have to look for something I can do in my workshop. Доказать что надо было создав эту единицу ? Сколько денег затрачено ? Какие расчеты созданы для создания модели ? Планируемый результат - достигнут ? Колличество материала очень высоко. Горизонтальное движение цепей - кто создал такое практическое применение ? Араб живший в России писал много лет : " О сколько нас ошибок трудных, готовит поосвященья Дух. Он опыт нам ошибок трудных и гений парадоксов друг". Возможно вам необходимо было что-то доказать ? - и вы доказали. Зачем, как пример, из самолета - делать мотоцикл ? Зачем из лодки земельной - делать самокат ??? Труд- любой, обязан нести практический результат.
