12.75 sq. wa/51 sq.m is a huge plot of land. That crazy layering boxes design he implemented here wastes a lot of space. Could have just gone with a full scale cube and extend higher upward and create a really huge house.

Really clever combination of space and design. But why does the bathroom always suffer in the space/ design process?

this place is beautiful! if i could only have something changed it would be to have some division with the sleeping area

Cute house. Not appropriate for kids/family. No allowances for them to develop.

Horrible design choices. And they tore down and threw into a landfill all of those construction materials and modern appliances and fixtures to create this mess in its place.

I have a real mixed feeling about this apartment. Over all the design looks polished and beautiful. But..... you have a kitchen that doesn't look like a kitchen a bedroom that doesn't look like a bedroom, and a bathroom that hides behind a hidden door. Nice to look at, but probably not the most livable.

I think this is beautiful and luxurious. It demonstrates high end finishes are worth it in a smaller space. Very adventurous.

This apartment is very masculen and not confortable at all. Will children sleep on a mat when they visit their father? Are u kidding? Honestly i found previous decoration of apartment more cosy and confortable. No, this is not my type of decoration

Very beautiful apartment. LOVE the almost outdoor shower with these gorgeous tiles. (And started to fall in love with the handsome owner/ architect as well….). 🤷🏻♂️.

I like how cozy this design is. I can truly feel the warm energy of the neighbourhood they mentioned with all the whimsical colour and little displays. It feels like home with personality and comfort. Amazing!

its messed up talented architects (or anyone) have to live in spaces that are essentially artistically designed ghettos. horrendous and inhumane living conditions
@culture8822 години тому
Why is the "traditional land stewards acknowledgment so small, in such pale color, and slanted font that IT IS ALMOST UNREADABLE?!! JUST CONTINUE SUPPORTING COLONIZATION IF THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT. Because the effot given on the screen is disrespectful, disingenuous, and trite. THE F*CKING WORST.
@JohnSmith-lk8cy23 години тому
Looks crap! Sorry. Totally over designed and not a machine for living - with kids as well. Nooooo. A hatch between the loo and the bed is really useful isn't it? The BS from the architects is epic.

I think Europeans are living lonely in their apartment that's why in every NTS video they're demolishing bedrooms to make space.

I'm blown away by how good it looks and the incredible functionality of everything, it's crazy to think that it's only 31 square meters! Kudos to Cristiana for creating such an amazing space

After watching my NEVER TOO SMALL episode I always enjoy heading to the comments sections and enjoy reading the benevolent comments and adding my own sometimes: I’m kind of saddened this time to read so much negativity: this channel always doubled ingenuity such as the angled entryway and hidden laundry and Style and originality. That is one of the thing I come to look for. For purely cosy small places I watch different channels: I value that they presented this space that has a strong esthetic and reflects the needs and personal art collection of the clients. This channel has done so since the beginning and it is important to me for inspiration. Please keep in mind your comments will be read by the architects and owners and their friends: one can express an opinion but respecting others and their feelings should be important on the internet as much as in real life. Has the ethic of the NEVER TOO SMALL followers changed?

Yeah sorry but I wouldn't hire this architect, too messy. Even if small, things have to look clean.

Everything about this redesign is just awful. They literally ruined a perfectly good apartment...

So a space that was in perfect rectangular shape is renovated to create a bunch of odd and awkward spaces? I’m no architect but isn’t it supposed to be the other way around?
@martellrivas2854День тому
Why so many walls and windows? An open space for the kitchen and dining area would feel more spacious.
