Sorry? Are you asking if we're in Driggs right now? We are actually in Alaska!

Remote alaska is cool till a hairy man comes to visit your cabin..
@gordonquickstad19 годин тому
That was so awesome. Thanks for doing all that work! The sun shining on you as it was so low cast your ridge’s shadow that you were on and it caused a glow in it’s reflection just where your shadows would have appeared far off in the distance. And the moon rise was a special treat.
@ArtWeThereYet41 хвилина тому
Thank you so much 🙏 We didn't notice that about the glow in the distance. So cool!!!

Hahaha, you may be right about that! It might’ve been a good idea to do the trip South to North! Thank you for the kind words about the channel. We’re crossing our fingers that this might be our year!

Hurray!! That is EXACTLY why we made this episode - we wanted to help enrich others’ experience of Denali. So happy it has helped you plan your trip. You are going to LOVE it!

@ArtWeThereYet2 дні тому
Fasinante! Sabias que los nativos de Alaska tienen MUCHAS palabras para "hielo"? Es como los japoneses con sus diferentes palabras para "sabor".
@alfredodejuan3902 дні тому
@@ArtWeThereYet pues ni lo uno, ni lo otro. Sabía que los japoneses identifican un sabor más, conocido como umami. Pero no que tuvieran diferentes formas de referirse al sabor.

@alfredodejuan3903 дні тому
I usually prefer to walk. As I said one time: Whether you see me running, don't even think and try to run as fast as you can. It's the best hazard sign you will ever have.
@CerraEquus3 дні тому

Hey! This looks greattt, well done with the straight lines! I've been asked to do a mural on corrugated iron and I'm wondering what paints you guys are using? Doing as much research as I can!
@ArtWeThereYet3 дні тому
Hi there! We used Zinsser Bullseye as a primer and then we used exterior latex paint for the mural. The prep work on metal is extremely important to make sure the paint sticks to it. Good luck on your project! 🙂

Either need to increase your line weight, when the fish roll when hooked, can cause nicks in the line from their gill plates and fins, weakening your line. I would use no lighter than 30lb mono or 50lb braid. Also, check the ceramic inserts in your guides on the pole. If those have a crack/chip in them, that will cut your line. Use a Q-tip to check them.
@ArtWeThereYet5 днів тому
Ooh this is awesome advice, thank you!
@andreweastwood65986 днів тому
Not sure what weight line you were using but I personally use 30lb weight for snagging. It never breaks. You don't need light weight line in these circumstances because you are not trying to get the fish to bite. I have fished this spot many times. My first time going to Seward was probably the late 50's with my parents. My family went to Seward every summer weekend for most of the 60's. We left a small trailer there in a campground all summer. Bonus fish for that spot is you can get an occasional King. A couple of summers ago I got 2 in one day.
@ArtWeThereYet5 днів тому
Thanks for this great advice! Man, Seward in the 50s must have been quite a different place!
