I think, like overall she has some kinda disease or somethin. But im not certain that this is what its about, you can research into it

She has CVID which is an immune system condition. Before she started streaming she was bed ridden for a very long time which caused her leg muscles to atrophy and she had to use a wheel chair/walker. She has gotten better recently with walking on the treadmill, but still uses a walker. The are videos of her talking about her condition.

She has cvid which is an immune disorder, because of this she gets sick easily and one of the times that happened left her bed ridden for a long time cause muscle atrophy. It isn't until recently with vtubing and being able to afford better health care that she has slowly been working to get healthier and in this case start to walk.
