You wouldant cook a lobster in liquid then throw the sauce down sink but thats what you did yo the beef cooking juices
@ghi95День тому
Why waste the the juices you cooked the beef in with the butter should of incorporated it in the sauce making😢and straining sauce no no
@AuntieLiz21 годину тому
Because it's not a juice, it's rendered fats from the pan. The juices are retained within the beef if you let it rest properly.

Отличное видео. Огромное спасибо за рецепт. Обязательно попробую так приготовить. Только есть один вопрос- что за продукт на 2:36 ? Буду очень благодарен хотя бы за название. Просто перевочик перевёл некоректно.
@AuntieLiz19 годин тому
Спасибо и рад, что вам понравилось видео. Орехи относятся к «свечным орехам», в сыром виде они токсичны, поэтому перед употреблением их необходимо тщательно готовить.

We usually cook this in a medium sized wok so its easier to stir and coat every single cubes of beef cuz you actually cut it too big cubes but good job though.. Its my traditional dish .. id say you did good. Just that i dont know how you did it in that small pot. Because we'd usually use medium or big size wok or a big pot so that you can stir well and properly.

God Damn it Chef, you blew that out of the park, great Technique! 🌋 What should I ask my butcher so I can create such delight? Also, randomly, do you happen to have a recipe for pasanda sauce?
@AuntieLizДень тому
Ta, glad you enjoyed and hope you will give it a go. Any prime cut will do, I used a 1.2kg rib eye with a detailed recipe on my blog. Haven't cooked pasanda before though sorry.
@ChandlerBingeДень тому
@@AuntieLiz thanks, I'll certainly be giving the rib eye a go. I have so much cooking to do! I'll eat my way through your recipes 😂😉

It's a mamak (Muslim Indian) dish. Funnily enough SG don't even have enough local Indian cooks to sell roti canai (reffering to the job ads offering SGD 5K /mth for roti canai cooks)

I don't know if you added a little touch but, your voiceover really has a nice british/english accent than your normal talking voice. I guess because your recipe today is a "westerner" type of dish instead of an asian dish ^_^ The sauce is the bomb! I might try this! I think that it can pair well with other meats!
@im2geek4u5 днів тому
Well Im using this for date night in couple of weeks! She will love it!
