You often have 10-15% gradients in Zwift. Most people wouldn't ever ride this gradient in RL. I think having it set at 50% factors in that most routes and gradients on Zwift are on roids to make the landscape and asthetic more dramatic and interesting. That said...it's amazing this isn't mentioned in their in game tutorial right.

Bones density increases your body weight nd not many ylists want it. Im 182cm tall and the lowest body weight i can have without muscles sacrafice or helth damage is 90kg. All because of my genetically high bone density. There was a time when i had stomack problm , back then i got very skinny and my muscles were gone but still i was around 83kg.

With TD in Z race, you will be 100% dropped in decending. Of course you also will facing some disadvantage in climbing, you will cost some time to change gear and get slightly dropped (but managable). And while decending while everybody is attacking in downhill and you are strugling to find a gear to follow (if any of your biggest gear still can provide you some resistence.... So try to use no TD or very slight TD in Zwift Racing, and only use TD for solo and climbing training by yourself alone.

You just need to try and climb Alpe du Zwift @50% and 100%. Physiologically, they're just different mountains.

First time I've reached this channel, really good. Does anyone get a sinking feeling in the chest during the 'pause' prior to the thump. I notice very few compared to others but they still bother me. Five on a good day, twenty on a bad one.
