all the Mig 29 variants could do the maneuver, look it up if u don't trust me. Besides both the Mig 29 and Su-27 have similar air-frame design, although there are some minor differences, (that being that the Su-27 has a lighter wing loading and the Mig 29 has a leading edge slat to compensate for it's heavier wing loading) thats due to the fact that both companies designed the airframe together because neither had the budget to create one alone.
