I cut sugar for almost a month now and yes so far I don't feel toothache, unlike past months I couldn't drink coffee without 2 spoons of brown sugar and suffered toothache so bad. I loved sweets so dearly but I forced myself to break a leg hahaha. Now drinking black coffee without sugar and eating low carbs.

Thank you so much for this video. I'm a mom, and I search every day for ways to do better for my children. I'm feeling sometimes that it's too hard on them to learn how to eat to be healthier in this world. Because other children are eating candy while mine are eating nuts and fruit. Or make them ovoid breakfast cereals and so on. But listening to you gives me the strength to continue because that's what is best for them, even they are complaining about it all the time. Anxiety isn't a disorder it is a state of dis-ease and misalignment emotionally. Deal with the hard feelings weve been taught to avoid, the pain goes away. Its not rocket science. 🧿

I agree with the answers to these questions except for the last one. benzo’s actually did help me, A LOT. I was only on them for 1.5 years so maybe it was just a temporary bandaid and wouldn’t have helped if I was still taking them now. But I miss the way I wasn’t apprehensive to live a semi-normal life back then. I’m sure my daughter does too. After losing losing insurance and will to live, and the laws becoming inanely strict on meds once I got insured again, I feel like all of the AD just kinda required my brain to the point where no med can fix it and the only solution is to navigate through life the way I slow how. Very cautiously, very slowly, very minimized, and miserably. But it is what it is, doing a little of something is still doing more than a whole lot of nothing.
