You just helped me revive a dead pack that was showing 3.7V on the main, simply by pushing that reset button! I had no idea it was there. In my case, charging on main and charge wires didn't fix it, but the reset did.

I use Nissan Leaf Gen 1 cells in a 24V configuration in the Harmony Express. I used homemade bussbars (copper) on mine, but I'd love to have a 6s version of the PCB to match my system. It's difficult to find a 6S BMS as well.

That utility transformer is sonewhere between 750-1000kva. The Tesla battery and inverter is there to smooth out the variable load from unpredictable charger usage. It will charge during light usage and discharge during peak usage. Not sure how big each inverter is. Im guessing about 1000kva judging from its physical size.
