I used to live in GA and got put into a 99% black elementary school and middle school. I wasnt referred to by my name but known as "white girl" and started getting bullies during 4th grade. Funny thing is, im hispanic (50% puertorican & 50% argentinan) I felt like i had to prove that i was growing up as if being white was a bad thing. The only reason why I was deemed to be caucasian and have 0 culture was because i had blue eyes, and white skin. My sister is half black and I was raised with a black family. Is it bad to say that I felt like the white sheep ? Reverse Racism isn't talked about that much and now that im 16 I could care less abt it but for all those other kids put in the same situation, I hope more light is spread.

I was the only white player on my football team at quarterback (mixed race African Swedish). After moving to the suburbs and playing for my highschool team there I had to 'calm down' during Oklahoma drills. I developed an ability to throw on the run but had an issue with pocket presence. I had white teammates not blocking for me at the highschool level which stunted my development. I also did not have a quarterback mentor. Which would have served me well being that I am a 4x E-Sports professional according to taxes. I also haven't had any luck getting into boxing. I'm 34 years old now almost 35. So that part of my life is pretty much over as I'm at retirement age for physical activity. The black community is very supportive, but at predominately white highschool there was the issue with white and black tables due to racial components, to black I look white, to white I look black. I'm sure these social issues are not as oppressive in modern day but in 2004 after the millennium there was a lot more prevalent and open racism.
