I connected the circuit and it lights on when I connect the arduino with the laptop put when I remove it and turn on the switch it does not light on or move

I have put an output volt of 5.01 in my XL4015 Buck Module. All setups were done. Then I connected the whole circuit to Lipo battery of 2200mah to check the movement. But nothing moved , also the VCC connected wire melted. Can u please say where is the problem? Is it the Output volt or wire?

yes, you can use it. connect the battery terminal with the buck converter's input. set the output at 5v by adjusting potentiometer. then the output will go to BTS motor driver and Receiver.
