Incase you try something like this again something that helped me was to spam dips and weighted dips and work on hamstring flexibility.

Yes he can

Using the weight of the body. For more accurate readings they all should have stayed upright, and just closed their hands.

@chingstahchongstah9994День тому
I noticed your arms are close to 90° when your chin is over the bar, do you think arm length plays a big role in these movements?

@greymonwar9906День тому
Impressive🔥, just don't injure yourself
@bananalegend194День тому
not currently but if you continue training, such as by being able to do a pullup/chinup with over 80% of your bodyweight added
@skanderbeg152День тому
If you can, start training with weight or more on one arm than the other (shift your body to left or right so one arm takes most of the weight). Just training the number of pullups you can do may never lead to getting a one arm pullup.

It looks like theres so much chalk on the rocks you can just rub one of them and start
@GamingBearHD2 дні тому
I think in the higher grades where there are smaller grips the chalk is even more important than for novice climbers.

The secret is to only use one hand, by using two hands you double the energy required
@gugaxd85685 днів тому
If u start by doing a kipping muscle up, its going to be hard to let go of that habit and its going to be very hard to learn a strict muscle up. Only start muscle up training when you can do 15 good pull ups, then start training with a band until you can do a strict muscle up. i didn't learn the kipping muscle up and i could do a strict muscle up with 4 months of training, now 1 year later i can do a 10KG strict muscle up and 10 Strict MU in a row.
@sandersimonsen89075 днів тому
For more reps without extra weight you should train core, since thats the muscle that keeps you your body controlled while doing pull ups. You can see your feet go up doing the pull ups, and thats a waste of energy.
@juliebeauchemin20995 днів тому
Thats not how that works lol chalk wont magically give you 5 grades for free like that 😂 for magnus who climbs very insanely high grades it makes a difference but lower grades it doesnt 😂
@knotwilg35965 днів тому
Your video is very important because it helps defining for yourself WHY you are watching youtube videos. I think many people watch YT "educationals" for entertainment really. So it's good to acknowledge that and gear towards what's most entertaining. If you are REALLY looking into educational value, then you know where to go and where to let go. And if you don't want to have that self awareness, then you can always stick with Chris Heria, to think you will gain muscle by watching YT.
