I enjoy refreshing myself on these techniques. I actually used the gray room to help a grieving mother with the loss of her son. While she was under I asked her if she wanted to tell her son goodbye. Which she grieved not doing. Her improvement happened in one session. Gray room is super powered.

I think I just integrated a swath of recodes... Using this, and Steve Andreas's self concept model, and QR (an array of body language shifts all balled up into one solution. If it holds, then all the explosions (I tended to explode when surprised with a frustration I couldn't immediately solve). Now I identify with a guy I met in school (who made me want to do something very Loki in order to steal his personal traits LOL) , stop myself with mindfulness, and if there is tension I break it with the QR array, then proceed adventurously/playfully.) Relevance? I used this. Haven't tested it, but I really feel like it's complete. If it really works I'll probably never hae the opportunity to work on this again but you know, that's success.

Just picked up an old Huna book I read years ago.

Hi David, my sister of 24 years started having issues with her renal duct (pressing against a blood vessel, effectively blocking the urine from the kidney and inflating the duct) back in Oct'23, and broke out with a bad case of facial acne around the same time. She's had problems with this in the past, but got saved by medicating with Accutane (Isotretinoin). This time however, nothing seems to work. She's been on it for 8 months and the only reasonable conclusion seems to be that it's induced by a psychological trigger like stress. Could you please point me in the right direction and recommend a good video for her? As much as I hate asking for free advice, she's nowhere near convinced enough to buy one of your courses :/

OMG!! what you're talking about here in the last hr is bewildering to me! That's excactly what happed to me with a girlfriend of 15 yrs. I could not believe how she turned on me, especially when I told her NO! Something happened a yr. ago June to me and she just "moved in" and started taking over my life! I'm so happy I've listened to you enough and was starting to recognize the signs and booted her OUT! ❤
