Nice job on the knife part but it`s not a real full tang knife. A full tang knife will extend all the way thru the wooden handle which is secured to the knife with steel pins. This is a rat tail knife held in the wooden handle with glue.

I’d have gone for smaller tang and a nice handle and 60% more blade nothing is going to break that blade . Also maybe the last could’ve been the second last forge and more Damascus would have occurred. And you really should be wearing eye protection. Great video otherwise.

Excellent video, but I can't believe how many people in the comment section are worried about his lack of eye protection. The fact that he still has two eyeballs in his head, that seem to function pretty well, is positive proof that he doesn't need eye protection. I worked construction, mostly with wood and some steel work for over 30 years and not once wore eye protection nor ear protection, except for the few rare occasions when the OSHA man showed up for a random site inspection, once every couple of years or so. I can still see fine out of both eyes, although I'm partially deaf in one ear and can't see athing out of the other one. It's probably the same type of people worrying about eye protection that won't pick up a local crack addicted street lady for an hour of unbridled pleasure without stapping on a pediatric sized condom, or won't walk down the street without a Corony mask 3 layers thick plastered over their face. Lighten up, people. Man has been working metal for thousands of years before safety equipment was ever thought of.
