What a shame that this beautiful meditation/relaxing music is being interrupted by ads...

I cannot sleep coz my husband has sleep apnea. I am very stress because i need to wake up early to study (i am master student). We stay at the same room and i cannot escape anywhere. Almost a week i didnot sleep fully and comfortably. I already told him the condition but it ends up nothing and we just argue each other. While he can sleep fully, i just can sit on my bed seeing him enjoying his deep sleep with very heavy sound. Every morning i couldnt focus due to the lack of sleep. What should i do? Should i rent a separated room? I guess i should

I once saw a post on reddit and I have to remind myself pretty often..... When you have those anxious thoughts especially when you wake up in the middle of the night thinking about them. Most people are thinking about their own and not yours Even just things like saying something stupid, messing up at work or that time you got really drunk years ago and made a fool of yourself. Is there really many people who haven't done those things?

I know those thoughts are draining and the people around you don’t help quiet the nose but you will get through this , always pray i love you❤️
