JBL Endurance 3 are worst POS I've ever spent money on. I hated them. The controls are maddening, they lack any low end or warmth, and they have no volume. JBL should be ashamed of themselves. I broke down and bought Airpod Pros 2 and I love them, they put the JBLs to shame in every way.

5i is worse in almost all aspects. I've been trying 4i/5i for 4 years now. With 5i is harder to stick, easily falls (4i I was able to run smoothly). Mic is really bad in 5i as well.

The reason why nobody is talking about these earbuds is the "cult of Apple" which is very strong. Many people want to stay in the ecosystem with the belief that not only will run smooth, but also at the verry best. And to be honest, up until 2-3 years ago, Apple's AirPods where the benchmark, not only for sound, but also for the active noise cancelation during calls. Me for example, I am a samsung user, and i did the same mistake : I bought the Buds Pro. They sound nice, but the ANC during calls, was average. Plus, the shape of the buds, is not for most type of ears, and they tend to be quite heavy after a long use. The gestures in my case were quite bad, and i felt that it will add even more pressure on the eardrum. So I ended up buying the Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 (Developed with Devialet), and i was impressed. Not only they are lighter, but they sound better, even though Samsung developed the buds with AKG. The fact that they support LDAC codec which brings Hi-Res audio, is a game changer for an android user. The iPhone does not support that.

They cannot be connected to 2 devices simultaneously. Bose always promises multipoint in the future for these buds, but never adds it.

On the JBL 770NC tune model, can you please check if the noise canceling is working also by WIRED LISTENING MODE (not Bluetooth)?

This is my 3rd pair of ultras in a month. Left one distorts and dies out on every pair. I have had every bose earbud since original sports bud to qc, qc 2 and now ultra. Never had a problem until now
